University Successful Summit!!

We heard from our University Team this evening and they had a successful summit last night at 10:30pm! The trip dispatch below breaks up at the end, but you can hear both the joy and exhaustion in Sarah’s voice :). They left basecamp at 6:30 am and didn’t summit until 10:30 pm. They took a short nap in the wee hours and then reached their intended high bivy this afternoon, where they rested for a bit before descending to basecamp this evening. What a push, even for this very strong team. Nice work you three – we are so proud of you!

They will be picked up as soon as the weather allows – we may have a small storm blow in over the next couple of days but as soon as there is a window we will get them out, and then pictures will be coming!
