Mask Making Time-lapse Video

If you’re headed out to McCarthy for a Kennecott Mill Town Tour, Glacier Hike, Ice Climb, or Rafting Trip, please bring along a cloth mask to wear inside bush planes, vehicles, and buildings! Our Operations Manager Sarah spent some time refreshing her sewing machine skills and whipped up a bunch of masks for our guides! With St. Elias Alpine Guides Red and Copper Oar Blue, we’ve been looking like quite the sharp bunch while out guiding! We’ll be wearing these masks while we work to do our part within the McCarthy and Alaska communities to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Please join us for a trip, and don’t forget to pack your mask! If you don’t have one yet and not are quite sure how to make one, check out this time-lapse video of Sarah making masks for the crew! Thanks for the great work, Sarah!
