Tuna-Apple Curry Salad Wraps

This is a great gluten free option for those of us with dietary restrictions. They are also a great “on-the-go” meal for hiking, rafting, or climbing because they’re tasty, healthy, and chock full of energy!

Ingredients:

  • Cans of Tuna
  • Apple
  • Curry paste or powder
  • Corn or Flour Tortillas
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Onions, chopped (optional)
  • Craisins (optional)
  • Cream cheese (optional)
  • Hummus (optional)

Instructions:

Open and drain tuna. Add mayo and curry paste to desired texture/flavor. Cut apple into small pieces and add to tuna. Add salt, pepper, and optional items to taste. When serving, it’s great to have cream cheese and hummus to wrap up with the tuna salad. Yum!
