The Largest National Park You’ve Never Heard Of

…wait – that’s US!

alaska landscapeWe ran across a fun article describing our favorite place on earth – Wrangell-St. Elias National Park of course! Although the article was written last year (it takes a while for news to make it all the way out to McCarthy), it has some excellent stats (“roughly one annual visitor for every 200 acres”), beautiful photos, and great stories, so we thought it was too good to share! We hope you enjoy this article as much as we do, and help spread the word. Maybe we can become “the largest national park that some folks have heard of” – we’ll wear that title with pride!
