How to Make A Reservation with St. Elias Alpine Guides:

Choose the day adventure you would like to reserve

3.
Complete Reservation Form and fax or mail to St. Elias Alpine Guides, LLC with refundable 50% deposit*

4.
Contact St. Elias Guides with any questions.

5.
St. Elias Alpine Guides will confirm receipt of your reservation by phone or email

*Deposit is refundable should you want to cancel or change or cancel your day adventure reservation prior to the day of your trip. Deposit is non-reundable should you cancel the day of the trip. We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks, and money orders.

Download the following:
   -Expedition Application
   -Risk Form
 

The Expedition Application is a "fill in PDF" which enables you to type your answers directly onto the form and print it out completed. You are welcome to email or fax your application, but please also mail the original.

Call St. Elias Guides with a credit card for the $500 per person deposit ($1,000 per person for package trips), or send a check with your application.*

* We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks and money orders. Please read Expedition Application for cancellation policy.


* Please note: Our "bush phone system" in McCarthy is sometimes unreliable. If you get a message saying that our phone has been "disconnected or is temporarily out of service" or something similar, please try again later! You will most likely have better luck reaching us on our toll-free number than the local number. We apologize for the inconvenience.
