Jules

	Like many before him, Alaska's vast wilderness lured Julian from his native state to experience all that the great North had to offer. Having grown up with the Sierras/Yosemite in his backyard and the Pacific Ocean in the front, Julian split his time between surfing and mountaineering. His travels have taken him all across the eastern Sierras in search of the perfect climb, and all the way from Costa Rica to the Hawaiian Islands looking for the perfect wave. In the winter Julian enjoys traveling in the backcountry with friends and riding in competition. In March and April he heads up to Haines to heli- guide for Alaska Heliskiing and lives the dream. Having always enjoyed sharing his passion for life and the outdoors with others, Julian is a certified Wilderness First Responder and is pursuing certification with the AMGA. A truly multi-purpose member of our staff, Jules also guides wilderness rafting trips through our partner company, Copper Oar.
